Aalto Media Factory and Media Lab Helsinki proudly present Games Now! – a series of lectures and panels handling the hot topics of game industry and culture right now. The game industry in Finland is living its boom right now. At the same time the game education is starting all around Finland. Finnish games and brands sell very well and the success stories have been noticed all around the world. Now it is time to take some glances to the variety of game industry and culture. Games are not just business, not just art, not just entertainment. In Games Now! we dig deeper to what is actually happening in the game scene – and what will happen in the near future. The lectures include informational and inspirational lectures given by international speakers, and panel discussions held by Finnish experts of the field.
