About Oneness Meditation Viewing Instructions NEW TO THE ONENESS MEDITATION? PREPARATION. Generally, we begin with 10 minutes of music to accompany individual meditation. Any practice that you are comfortable with that allows you to be relaxed and receptive will prepare you to receive the Divine Transmission that comes through the Oneness Meditation. ONENESS MEDITATION. This is a guided meditation. Whether you experience silence, laughter, tears, anger, fear, boredom or anything else during the Oneness Meditation, just let it be. After a while, the Oneness Meditator's eyes will close, but the Divine Transmission will continue. You may either continue to look at the image on the screen or close your eyes, whatever feels comfortable for you. Just remain receptive as the Oneness Meditation continues. INTEGRATION. When the Oneness Meditation is finished, music will continue. Please sit quietly, using this time to integrate.
